​Chiloe Natural offers three immersive culinary experiences that celebrate the island’s rich food culture: the Local Tastes Route, which features artisanal ice cream, a rural market visit, a cooking experience with chef Mauricio Ayala, and a distillery tasting; Crack & Feast, a hands-on crab feast along the eastern coast; and Deep Sea, where guests learn to prepare local fish with expert guidance, blending flavors, traditions, and the maritime spirit of Chiloé.

Local Tastes Route
A full-day journey through Chilote cuisine featuring an ice cream workshop, rural market visit, cooking class with Chef Mauricio Ayala, and a guided tasting at a local distillery.

Crack & Feast
A fun and flavorful crab experience on the eastern coast, where guests learn to crack and savor three types of crab the traditional Chilote way.

Deep Sea
A hands-on seafood workshop where participants learn to identify, fillet, and cook three local fish, followed by visits to a local Island and a World Heritage church.
