Chilote Cooking Class
In this culinary experience you will get the chance to go to a farmer’s market in Castro and shop with a known local chef. After getting the ingredients we need for cooking, we will cross on a ferry to Qunichao Island, specifically to Curaco de Velez where we will use the facilities of a rural school for our chilote cooking class of a 4 course meal using the best fresh products from the farm and sea. During lunch, we will enjoy the dishes we prepared. Before visiting Dalcahue and its world heritage church, we can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a piece of cake, a tradition brought by German colonists in 1850. By the afternoon we will return to your hotel.
