The island has interesting fresh water, sea water and estuary water ecosystems which makes it the perfect shelter for a wide variety of bird species. It is because of this, that these places with a high ecological value are found and considered hotspots for birdwatching. Chiloé Natural takes you to them with excursions to different places with high rates of sightings like Caulin, Putemun, Pullao, Curaco de Velez among others. There you can amaze yourself with the beautiful designs, shapes and colors of birds as well as the roles they play in the different ecosystems they inhabit. Depending on your bird list and interests we will adapt an itinerary to luckily find the species you are looking for.
